I have had the pleasure of visiting Washi-San's restaurant a few times, and each one was special. From the innovative, flavorful, and catered food menu, to the exemplary service by the chef himself, and the unique ambience shared between the restaurant and neighboring shops of the same building, Epispa provides a unique, creative, and warm environment for its guests.
