Host- very friendly and spoke us through the menu. When asking about the fish, we were told this comes with chips, rice and salad. Emphasising that it’s great value for money.
Menu- when ordering food, they seemed to be missing many dishes on the menu. They didn’t have any of the four I asked for. This seemed convenient as the supervisor suggested i had prawns after being told on four separate occasions they did not have what I ordered in stock. He asked if I would like 3, 4, or 5. I asked for 3 (I will come back to this later).
Food - tasteless, seasoning would have gone a long way. Seafood was good quality but ruined through lack of culinary skills. Portion sizes and presentation were good but vile taste. The mains came out the same time as the starters along with bread, weird.
My partner had sea bass and only came with a small portion of salad, no fries or rice like we were told by the host, liar.
Service - not once did a waiter or the supervisor check to see if our food was ok this included when we asked for the bill. Service was slow and chaotic. The waiters were running around after the supervisor who didn’t have a clue.
Bill - it took us 30mins to flag a member of staff down the get the bill. At this point, we’d had awful food and just wanted to get out. However we were shocked seeing the price of the prawns. Considering the original starter I had asked for was 150TL we were charged 1000TL for the prawns. When I raised this with the service manager, he didn’t show any recognition for my concern yet was defensive and explained the price of 250TL per prawn. Regardless that I had ordered 3 prawns I was still expected to pay for the 4 I was given.
To summarise this place is diabolical. The staff do not care about your experience just want whatever money they can get.
