From the very beginning, we had an almost flawless experience. At this restaurant in Moscow, everything from the welcome and atmosphere to the cuisine, presentation, and service was truly impressive. I would especially like to praise the management. It is clear in every detail that this level of service is not accidental, but the result of strong and careful leadership. The service team was highly professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. The sommelier chef, in particular, deserves special mention. His knowledge of wine, thoughtful recommendations, elegant communication, and perfect pairings with the dishes added tremendous value to our evening. He demonstrated a truly exceptional level of professionalism. Experiencing such a complete and refined dining experience was genuinely impressive. With its quality, consistency, and attention to guests, I truly believe this restaurant deserves a Michelin star. Congratulations to the entire team, and I look forward to returning very soon.
