The other day I went to the bar with my son and ordered 4 skewers. After waiting for more than 1 hour, I called the waitress to understand why it was taking so long. She didn't know how to respond and we continued waiting. The guy at the barbecue (employee or partner) overheard the conversation with the waitress and, believe me, went to my table to discuss with the CUSTOMER the possible "indirect" that I was giving him. A "pointless" discussion, as if the "house" was certain it would take more than an hour to serve 4 kebabs. There was that stupid "talk" in front of the customers and my son. A regrettable scene that ruined the film. I paid for what I had already consumed and I will never go back. The guy, if he was an employee, was certainly looking to be sent away. And if you are a partner, you have certainly never dealt with the service sector. Unfortunately, it's a pretty cool place but I never get anywhere near it. I would give credit for being close to my home and for enhancing local commerce, however, it appears to be yet another place managed by adventurers who don't know how to treat their customers. I reiterate that the owner said absolutely nothing to the guy (partner or employee) who unlocked me in front of my son. Price per person: R$40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
