Ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Essence many times,es during my 8 day stay. I was at a Villa next door. The staff was very welcoming and nice to us. Spent a lot of time at the 2nd pool and Tikki bar. Pream does a great job. Had many coconut shakes (no sugar) always done right. Great hotel to stay also great peaceful location. They also do trip to Lamar Beach and Cheawang Beach also just ask the front desk. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
