I had a pickup at this store on 5/16 around 9:30am. I was greeted by a young woman, Jill, with a warm smile and a friendly good morning. She was extremely busy making 10 bowls ( six were in my delivery order) and she was alone working in the store. She was so pleasant and provided excellent customer service. She even had to receive an Insta Carr order while I was there and did not lose focus of completing her orders. I felt bad for her working alone and hope she had a great rest of her day. Service: 5

I had the opportunity to visit Everbowl as a Yelp Elite ’26, and it was a great experience overall. I stopped by mid-morning around 10 a.m., and there was no wait, which was a nice bonus. There were two staff members working at the time, and Tabitha was especially wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and happy to offer recommendations. When I asked what they suggested, both team members pointed me toward the Nutty Butty, so that’s what we ordered. The bowl included vanilla, Everoats, banana, strawberry, peanut butter, almond butter, almonds, and cinnamon. It honestly felt like ice cream with toppings, very delicious and definitely more dessert-leaning than I expected. While I really enjoyed it, next time I might try something a bit lighter or more refreshing. The space itself is clean, well maintained, and has a few spots to sit and enjoy your bowl. Sutton Square offers plenty of parking, which makes stopping in easy and convenient. Overall, this was a solid visit, and I would definitely return to try another bowl.
