Hard to get in contact with. My partner and I Attempted to reach out to our representative directly, he didn’t answer. Called the store several times and they didn’t answer. We were simply just trying to understand our invoices but couldn’t get in contact with ANYONE. We left texts, calls, voicemails and even emails. We are now shopping around for other vendors. As new clients, this should not be the experience we are getting.

Hi. My name is Thomas Reid. I worked here for two weeks and trained with a Travis thoroughly in the duties of pulling products from a packed warehouse and staging them for delivery in the company provided vehicles, to acquiring the final invoice to deliver staged products. A fast paced environment which i was accustomed to. a Super friendly nice people to work with... .. Great pay and a decent job was finally on the horizon for me.. MY driver's license was finally clean, I was clean, and all i needed was a chance to be a productive part of society and i would be ok... I was trained effectively and was extremely confident and excited to pursue a long term relationship as an employee at Express Direct UNTIL.. IDK...(i don't know what happened) I went to work on the Thursday of the second week of training, confident to get a delivery van and begin my career. . at the end of the day i was told by Travis to go see our manager after we had argued over how we messed up two tickets and he kept blaming it on me all day. I was never given positive affirmation about my work habits from him which was confusing because i gave it all i had.. but this day he was very angry and told the manager i wasn't gonna work out.. he even told me he could get me fired . well he did.. To sum it all up, Excel direct is an up and coming force in the restaurant products courier delivery business with next day service of ANYTHING a restaurant needs... it's employee atmosphere is fast paced and exciting and helpful for new trainees like myself. My only obvious complaint would be that they don't have the right trainers that keep it professional. Travis.. great kid... just need to grow up, not smoke pot on the van, and keep your personal life out of your business life. if you don't like me, look at the work i do and how effective i am. Tell the manager that. Hopefully one day we can try again.
