La mayor decepción, se tardo un buen en darnos el sushi, y sabía feo y el supuesto smooti se tardo mucho en hacerlo y no sabia a nada más que a hielo. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I asked rthe woman taking my order if there was a free refill on the fountain drinks. She replied, you get One. But when I finished my soda drink ans went back fkr the free refill she told me it would cost another dollar. I told her that is not what you told me when I ordered the drink. She also gave me a Bad Attitude. I told her I would like to speak with the manager about the situation ans she denied me. I asked her for the managers name and she would not give me his name. I over her talking to a person on the phone which she referred to him as Rafael. I asked her if Rafael is the manager and she would not confirm that Rafael is the manager. I told her I would write a review about my bad experience with Osaka Japan restaurant in Santa Ana. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
