I bought the 10 pc chicken family pack. They asked me to wait for 30 mins on a 42 deg weather. It was either the aircon was off or weather was too hot that you cannot feel it. When i got home, they forgot to put the large chips. I called three times and no answer. When someone finally picked up, i was told to come back and pick up the chips and it should be ready by the time i got there. When i came, the guy who served hasn't even started cooking the chips. I was told to wait for two minutes which of course did not. I actually waited for nearly 10 mins. When the chips were cooked, no one even bothered to serve it. I have to speak to the guy who was busy with his phone in an annoyingly manner, pointing it out that i have to come back because someone forgot to pack the chips for me. Im not expecting any freebies as compensation, but no apologies to anyone from the staff. The food is average, price is okay, but experience is terrible which is not worth it at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–80 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came here at 2:00 AM. They said they are closed. But they are supposed to open till 3 AM. Came here to get some food at night but got very disappointed. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
