Wow! What an experience. My husband and I walked in for our 14 year anniversary and were immediately struck with the fantastic vibes. St. Louis has nothing else like this where you can get fresh seafood, phenomenal cocktails AND the kindest staff that will ever serve you (other than maybe the other restaurants under this food group). It was truly the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time, if not ever. We sat at the bar and felt so honored to be served by the owner (Tim)! We will absolutely be coming back very soon. P.S. If you’re between the hamachi and scallop crudo, just order both, you won’t regret it! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Alec our waiter was very helpful and provided great service for us! The hamachi and scallop crudo was good though the portion is small. The classic burger was really good with double panties! The lobster donut was good too! Corkage is $20 a bottle which is reasonable. Extra Wavy is everything you’ve been missing. The cocktails are heaven. The raw bar is unforgettable. The had west coast oysters from Washington state. They were delicate, briny, and had that oceanic finish that makes you feel like you just took a dive on your surfboard. The scallop crudo brought the house down. The Wavy burger was an unapologetic expression on the American classic. Beef quality was top tier. The sesame seed bun was under stated but played its part as the perfect vessel. The salt and vinegar fries will twang your buds to the roof of your mouth. Extra Wavy is truly a treat to the city of St Louis and those with adventurous palates. Reserve your seat now.
