I stopped by Ezell's Famous Chicken on Rainier Ave in Renton just minutes ago to grab dinner for my family, and I'm genuinely impressed by Kevin Lara's exceptional service I was staring at the menu trying to figure out how I could get what they asked for but was confused about the pricing. As I stepped out of line to reconsider my options, Kevin noticed my hesitation right away and said, "I got you covered, man." Instead of being dismissive or just waiting for me to decide, he actively helped me navigate the menu. Kevin walked me through several meal combinations, patiently explaining which options would give us the most value. He even helped me find a way to include all the specific sides my kids had requested without spending too much. His attention to detail and genuine desire to help made what could have been a frustrating ordering experience into a pleasant one. In today's world where people usually just go through the motions at work, Kevin's sincere thoughtfulness and customer-first attitude really stood out. The food was great, but Kevin’s customer service is what will definitely bring me back. Thanks for going above and beyond, Kevin!
