I used to go to this coffee shop quite often. One day I tried paying for my coffee by my bank card but the transaction didn’t go through and I paid in cash. That happened in summer last year. Later in November, Fabrika coffee charged my bank account and 6€ have been taken from me. I reached out to them on insta and that time they offered to get this money in cash in the cafe (even though I told them I was staying in another city at that time) or simply order something on those 6€. It was at least something. The next day the money was returned. I obviously stopped going to that cafe because them taking money from my bank account like this - it’s just terrible. But surprise-surprise, yesterday, almost 9 months after the last time I was in that cafe - THEY’VE TAKEN MY MONEY AGAIN! This is crazy, literally. Of course, I reached out to them saying this had happened again. And what? They read my message but ignored it Today in the morning I got my money back and wrote about it to them. I also asked them to make sure their bank don’t do this again. And what did they answer? RIGHT, that they have nothing to do with that Such a circus. I will never recommend to go to this cafe again even though the coffee itself is good there. I hate when companies don’t even try to be client oriented and lose their regular customers like this
