I went to this location between 830 -900 pm last night. I travel from the city to this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich, double cheese burger and single cheese burger. I got home dropped burgers of the were both raw not cooked. I was too far to go back. I call today and spoke with Christina. Told her about the burger told me I should have asked how to cook it. I never had to do that before and asking for your burger to be just cooked is crazy to me at a fast food joint. There was no apology at all. So I then said you didn't even offer an apology, I would have been okay with just that. So now I want my money back she got real rude. It's all in your delivery. I wasn't happy with service I didn't event want a refund the rudeness made me ask. Christina also stated I can't get a refund. The bummer It was late and everyone was upset about there meal. Your first instinct is to throw it out. I wont be traveling 14 miles anymore for this bad service.

I'm very upset with the terrible customer service I just received. It is my second time coming to this restaurant, we returned because the food was good and good margaritas. I ordered a Tampiqueña, a burrito suizo, a large frozen margarita and a water. The lady at the counter didn't hear my order passed the first item I ordered, didn't inform me they didn't have tampiqueña on the menu, went on to tell me her blender is broken and no frozen margarita, so I ordered a large lemonade. My total came out to 45.54, I tipped her $5 dollars took my tray and sat down. I looked at the menu and realized I was being over charged, kindly I asked her what was I charged, she printed a itemized receipt and gave it to me. I didn't see any menu item over $20 dollars so she explained, you ordered an item that is not on the menu so I charged you $22.99 for the steak dinner plus 2.99 for an enchilada I said but you didn't tell me that when I ordered so she replied do you want it prices vary I said that's fine no problem you can takeoff the enchilada and just charge me for the steak dinner, and I told her just refund me the enchilada that's fine she got upset pulled out $2.99 exactly from the register and tried to give it to me and I told her you charged me tax she got upset did the math went into the register got $3.25 and she threw them at me the quarter almost fell and I'm sure the cameras will show, I asked her nicely why she threw the money at me I told her I was telling her kindly a simple question she got upset, she said let me give it to you again, tried to yank the money out of my hand stuck her finger nail in my thumb and scratched me I said there's no reason to scratch me and she got more upset . My husband asked me what was wrong I told him she was upset and scratch me and threw the money at me so he said let's go I don't want anything let's just leave it was a terrible experience because the food is good but there is no reason why anybody should be treated like that for a simple question what I was charged for. I would really like to speak to management and let them know for them to review the situation and hopefully nobody ever gets treated like that, I was very disappointed. On top of that she told me she wasn't sure if I received a refund or not. Will never return to this establishment, nobody should ever be treated like that.
