I highly recommend this amazing nonprofit to anyone visiting Boone! It is a pay-what-you-can restaurant on King St that is only open for lunch. They always have amazing and healthy options with vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc. options! Kids eat free and you can order a small or large plate! Every meal comes with a soup, entree, sides, salad, drink, and a sweet treat! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing, fresh, healthy and local food with great lunch options for vegetarians, meat-eaters and other diets (ie GF or vegan). Such a cool, wonderful concept that allows people to pay what they can and donate meals for others. They also offer hygiene products and social services information in the restrooms. Wish we had this “love thy neighbor” restaurant concept in other cities. Please publish a F.A.R.M. cookbook!
