La atmósfera cálida de FATZ consigue que sus invitados se sientan relajados y disfruten de un rato estupendo. La mayoría de usuarios encuentran que el personal es amable en este lugar. Su fascinante servicio es algo que estos restauradores saben cuidar. Según el punto de vista de los usuarios, sus precios son bajos. Pero la valoración de este lugar no es muy alta en Trip.

Been a couple months since I was at this location. It has gone down hill a lot. We visited on friday about 1:30 pm. While the food was as good as ever, many things needed attention. No one was at the door to great and seat us. The carpet was dirty and there were pieces of paper, food crumbs and a large number of little crayon wrappers from the children's packets all around on the floor. After 5 or 6 minutes waiting to be noticed we went to the bar area and ask to be seated. The person who seemed to be he manager did so but with an attitude that we were interrupting and inconveniencing him. It took 5-8 minutes before a waitress came over. They were not busy with only a few 4-5 tables in use but I counted 14 "wait/staff" milling about doing little to nothing. I call them "wait staff" but I can't be sure. All were poorly dressed with faded and old worn looking t-shirts with a Fatz logo on them. I don't mind casual uniforms, but they looked very cheap and sloppy. It made the staff look grubby and hard to distinguish. I could accept it if they had appeared clean and new, tied in with promoting some special event, but they were old faded, worn and wrinkled with a small logo. The floors in the dining area looked like there had been a hurricane of crumbs, and sugar wrappers. And there was dirt and even clumps of mud in all areas. The entire places needed a vacuuming. However the tables were clean and tidy. I understand we may have been just after lunch rush , but as I stated I saw a lot of staff just milling about, many playing with their phones and gathering to chat among themselves. Maybe 3 minutes with a carpet sweeper would have been in order. The service was just barely passable. While our waitress was almost friendly, but not too attentive. We had a ask for straws, napkins, catchup and refills of water and tea. Over all the food was good, and we will return and allow one more chance before placing them on our personal black list. All in all a restaurant is a reflection on its manager. This particular Fatz Cafe seems to reflect an apathetic manager more interested in chatting on his cell phone than pleasing his customers. 4 stars for food, 2 for service One more chance. Shape up
