I had lunch at "FINE". It's a popular restaurant around here with good reviews. FINE is a creative European-style restaurant located about a 2-minute walk from the north exit of Kitano Station on the Keio Line. The restaurant has a chic interior with a bar counter and table seating for about 30 people. Lunch includes a main dish, rice or bread, salad, drink, and dessert for 1,000 yen (tax included). The main menu items include coarsely ground beef hamburger with Japanese sauce, tomato sauce hamburger, demibrass sauce hamburger, chicken simmered in tomato sauce, cream sauce, and red wine. I ordered the ``tomato sauce hamburger'' and it was as delicious as I expected. In addition, the pasta is hidden under the hamburger steak, and the pasta soaked in the hamburger's juices is the perfect finishing touch, making it a delicious and complete meal. Finally, I enjoyed a leisurely and delicious lunch of yuzu sorbet dessert and coffee. FINE with high cost performance.
