Slow service, plastic materials every where that don't match the price. Cocktails and wine selection are good. The seats are falling apart though, literally leaving chewing gum like residue on clothing. Not befitting of prices. Wouldn't experience this at foreign owned hotels. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

While the ambience at Flux Restaurant is pleasant, the overall experience was disappointing due to the service. The staff did not come across as particularly friendly or attentive. For example, when we requested an ashtray, one staff member told us to use those outside, while another later brought one to our table, this inconsistency was confusing. Additionally, when we ordered two shots of Absolut Blue, the waiter suggested switching to a local vodka (“Celebrations”) because it offered better value. While this may have been intended as helpful, it felt unnecessary and slightly intrusive to our preference. Although the setting itself is nice, the music was quite dull, which affected the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the combination of service issues and lack of energy in the ambience made the experience less enjoyable than expected. My friends and I came to the Flux Bar to watch the sunset and have some drinks. We had a good time and was served by Lakshan, who was super friendly and quite knowledgeable about the menu drinks and snacks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
