Food was delicious and prepared very quickly! It’s very clear that the owner takes his craft very seriously and deeply cares about his customers and their experience. All the ingredients were fresh and quality, everything prepared right there. My vegan tacos were quite yummy and had a very bright flavor, a delicious fajita mix. My partners quesadilla was also tasty and filling. We were very happy with our decision to stop here and support his business. Take your plates just down the block to the Hub to enjoy it! Dorian has a rare ability as a chef. All of his offerings are made to order and his culinary offerings reflect his passion for his craft. I haven't eaten out anywhere else in weeks. Come see him downtown on Fridays and Saturdays 11-6.. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My Husband and I came across "Fork Off" at the "Tour of the Gila" bike race while driving thru Silver City. We ordered the carne asada tacos and they were amazing! Meat was cooked to perfection with the best flavor! 5.
