I got a takeaway double pepperoni pizza today, but it was burnt. I threw half of it straight in the bin, and this was all I could manage to save and eat. Unfortunately, it just tasted like burnt bread. Food: 1

Had a lovely experience recently celebrating a family birthday. There were 18 of us and we had to pre order which meant all our meals arrived promptly. A beautiful intimate venue where all the staff made us feel welcome. Marc the manager was very helpful over email and helped our experience run smoothly. Can highly recommend Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first trip to Franks and we really enjoyed it there. The food was top quality, the service was attentive and we would definitely go back. As someone who never carries cash, I almost struggled to leave a tip (which was thoroughly deserved as there were 9 of us on the table) but we worked it out. Really nice addition to the high street.
