Exceptional Food & Service! I would like to extend a huge thank you to Anusha for coordinating our office group order. From the very first phone call, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process seamless. Her recommendations and assistance with selecting items from the menu ensured that we had the perfect spread for our team. As for the food from Famous Biryani – it was absolutely outstanding! Everyone at the workplace loved it. The flavors were authentic, rich, and incredibly satisfying. The quality and quantity exceeded our expectations, and the food was so popular that it disappeared within just a few hours! It’s not often that an entire office agrees on a meal, but this was a unanimous hit. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the portions were generous enough to keep everyone happy. I’ve had a really poor experience with Famous Biryani. As a new customer, I was never told there are different portion sizes. Every time I ordered, they gave me the large container (£7.99) without explaining there’s a regular option. What’s worse, I’ve ordered the large size three times and each time the container was about 30% empty. It’s frustrating paying more for a “large” when it’s not even filled properly. I hope the owner reads this and gives instructions to his staff to fill the container properly and I hope the customers also read this so that they notice this by themselves next time. Honestly feels misleading and not good value for money. Would avoid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I really liked the service given by the two ladies at this shop, one seemingly younger than the other but they work well together and welcome customers pleasantly. Every bite was perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. The staff were extremely humble, polite, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not just about great food here, but also genuine hospitality. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic, flavour-packed biryani. For those in Hanworth Famous biryani is a special spot. The food and cleanliness are top standard.
