Greece is a country that I have great respect for partly because my grand Dad comes from Xanthi. Here I am, in a so called Taverna which had nothing to do with Greece: poor service, bad food, no understanding of criticism. Nothing. Big disappointment. The music which came 2 hours later after we were advised, was the only good thing. Not enough thought to compensate for the disappointment of the rest. The waiters have no clue what service is. There was no desert. The food came immediately giving the impression it was precooked. The octopus was inedible. No comment. Horrible. Never seen worse to be honest.

Isn’t not the money that you spend for food but the atmosphere and the ospitality, this is ashamed to be a country like Greece

The service is zero. The food is not good. The music does not start at the time when we were told it will but an hour and a half later. Do not recommend. Nobody ask how the food was and did not take plates away for more than half hour. This is not a taverna but just a local place. There is so much staff and most of them don’t know what they are doing. The toilets are dirty. The staff are lazy. The seafood is frozen and not prepared to any standards which is not typical for Greece. For almost 2 hours no one bothered changing the ashtray so we had to hand it to the waitress who was wandering aimlessly. After 2 hours finally, at 10pm starting play music. The owner they are setting like so lizards,
