Lovely lovely lovely night. It was my wife’s bday and the staff heard this and the outpouring of hospitality was overwhelming . It really made the night special . Impeccable service even while we waited outside for the table. Amazing food !! We are still talking about the butterscotch dessert and the meatballs paired with the vodka sauce pasta. All the flavors were effortlessly perfect if that makes sense . good food and warm friendly staff. We will be back Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

TRULY amazing!!! We had a wonderful experience here—the food was absolutely delicious and the entire atmosphere was perfect. It’s very quaint and intimate; it is obvious that a lot of thought and love goes into this place. The details were exquisite. I cannot recommend the mussels enough. One of the best restaurants in Portland, which is saying a lot! Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very friendly service, cute decor. Cramped tables are awkward getting in and out without nearly knocking over glasses. Take note the restaurant is very loud - sit outside if you don’t want to yell. The food pacing was quick, but the flavors are underwhelming. Spicy Caesar is the highlight. Pastas are a bit over cooked and good, not great. I’ve had the pappardelle, al limone and penne alla vodka - they’re pretty to look at but bland overall. This is my fourth visit and unlikely I’ll give Fantino another shot for dinner. Come here for the patio, great drinks and lively atmosphere! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $50–60 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend
