Booked via social deal. 20 minutes late due to problems with the tram. And that piece of pretension behind her computer didn't want to give us a table anymore. On Sunday, June 11, we went to lunch in the brasserie Faro in Ostend via Social Deal, this was a real disappointment for us, my husband and I had carpaccio as a starter, which was nice nothing to complain about. Both mussels as main dish, my husband natural, me with garlic cream sauce. However, my mussels were still raw...when we pointed this out several times to the manager and the waiter, they replied that this was not their fault!? "We can't help it! If I have to cook it longer, it will get smaller" We proposed to pay only for the wine and not a bottle of Spa blue of 1 L at € 9.80, given the bad service!. ... the manager was very arrogant, delirious with anger and even dared to say "you already ate cheap !!!" "Does the quality have to be less good for that", we asked then!? He attacked my husband when he wanted to leave the brasserie. Pulling and pushing, really not normal !! He also broke my husband's suspenders. We eventually paid the bill in full. The manager ended up telling us to file a complaint with Social Deal, which we did. So definitely not recommended!!
