I am a Keeta Rider and visited this restaurant in the morning to have breakfast before duty start. I order an omelette paratha sandwich and politely asked them to prepare it quickly if possible. The staff completely ignored me initially. When I requested no tomatoes in my sandwich, they still didn't respond. The third time I politely asked if it could be expedited, the staff member responded very rudely, disrespectfully, and with a harsh tone, saying, "We are making it, it takes time!" along with other unnecessary comments. Because of their extremely poor and unprofessional attitude, I decided not to eat there and left immediately. Respect matters most, and I strongly believe no one should visit places where the staff lacks basic manners and courtesy toward customers and delivery drivers alike. Highly disappointed with their behavior! Service: 1
