Unfortunately this place blew my expectations out of the water. I say Unfortunately because now ny husband will be breaking our bank coming back often he wanted olive garden but I'm tired of the bland Alfredo and suggested this instead as I always drive by it. Wasn't really sure what to expect from the concept of fast pasta, but worth a shot. Went in and though the staff didnt seem too chatty, and while visibly annoyed when I asked to change my pasta last minute due to my own error, they still obliged and did answer the questions I had being a first timer. She could have easily said no and didnt so I'll take a little side eye for my mistake I love that they make it right there and you can see whats going into it. They mix everything to make sure its evenly coated. I thought the sauce to pasta and chicken ration was actually perfect. Pasta can absorb sauces quickly, but didnt have that issue at all and it stayed hot the whole way home and my husband ate his 30 minutes later and it was still hot. Prices are reasonable for the portions. I still had leftovers and I had ordered a small. While my husband is a creature of habit, I'm excited to come back try different combinations. Such a cool concept!

Wow!!! First off what a great idea for a business. Secondly the food was amazing! I suggest if you get the Alfredo to add the parmesan cheese on top. It really set it off! The portions are huge me and the gf ate half was full and heated it up the next night for super and it was just as good as the night before. If you’re looking for an authentic taste,clean establishment and an amazing experience with even more amazing staff this is your place 5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fasta Pasta in Monroe continues to miss the mark for me, especially at the prices they charge. On my latest visit I paid 15.49 plus tax for a pasta bowl with only four shrimp, soggy overcooked noodles, and a greasy sauce that pooled at the bottom of the box. The shrimp and other proteins tasted precooked and reheated, and some pieces were still cold, which completely undercut what could have been decent ingredients. Their own online pricing puts shrimp pastas in the mid‑teens, which is the same range you’d pay at many sit‑down Italian restaurants that serve freshly cooked pasta and a proper portion of seafood. For what Fasta Pasta charges, you should be able to expect hot shrimp, al dente noodles, and a meal that feels like more than a gloopy takeout experiment. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
