My uncle came here to use the bathroom, and granted he’s mentally disabled and also has gastrointestinal issues, they preceded to tell him he couldn’t use the bathroom because people were smoking weed in the bathroom. They then kicked him out because he shit himself. That’s not only horrible customer service, it’s discrimination and it’s borderline illegal. I may contact the justice league if a response is not quick and thorough from the business

Went in around 10:45 to grab a drink and was informed by security that cash will not be accepted and payment was by card only. This is illegal. In New York State, it is actually illegal for retail stores and food establishments to refuse cash or charge a higher price for cash payments. New York State & NYC: Retail establishments and food stores (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) must accept cash. They cannot require a credit card or electronic payment for in-person transactions. I will be in tomorrow to discuss this with management and a report has been filed with the state.
