The food is great. Truly. But 2/2 in person orders, I waited over 20 minutes as the first or second person in line to place and order. For my one attempt at an online order, I watched my ready food on the shelf for 20 minutes before someone came to the window to give it to me. Not exaggerating the wait times. Avoid during dinner hours if you're looking for a Food: 5 Service: 3
