I love the staff at this location always cheerful and great you with a smile. The food is made fresh and is hot good serving sizes and choices that suit everyone in our family! I had a very disappointing experience at Fatburger Maple Ridge. The food quality was really poor—the burgers were dry and tasteless, nothing like what I expected. But what made it worse was the rude behavior of the staff. They were disrespectful and didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. To top it off, I noticed that the staff didn’t wear gloves and didn’t seem to follow basic hygiene practices. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, as my experience was far from pleasant.
