Portion sizes are a joke.. This is a large portion of chips i dread to think what a small portion would look like!

Asked for a few thins and a large chips and was given a medium size chips. I will not buy from here again. It's not cheap and no good size portions. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cod Father is hands down one of the best fish and chip shops in Maidstone. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, with perfectly cooked fish, crispy golden batter, and fresh chips every time. The portions are generous, and everything is served hot and freshly prepared. The kebabs are also fantastic, packed with flavour and made with quality ingredients. Whether you’re stopping by for traditional fish and chips or something from the grill, you can tell they take pride in their food. The menu offers plenty of choice, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you receive. What really stands out is the customer service. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Orders are prepared quickly, the shop is clean and well organised, and the overall experience is always enjoyable. If you’re looking for a reliable takeaway in Maidstone with excellent food, generous portions, and top-notch service, Cod Father is definitely worth a visit.
