Great food and full of flavor! We had an amazing experience at Fatzkitchen. We ordered the wings and lamb chops, and everything was cooked perfectly. The lamb chops were tender, tasty, and seasoned really well, and the wings were packed with flavor and made just right. You can tell they put care into the food. We’ll definitely be back! This food trailer is truly a gem for Hobbs, NM. The seafood is a particular kind of flavor that can't be matched, the Mac & Cheese is hands down the best I've ever had. Very unique in itself and the staff are always very respectful/nice. They bring the food to you! Has door dash and is highly recommended if you haven't tried it yet.
