Beautiful views and very modern interior design. Our server and sommelier were excellent and attentive . They helped guide our selections. The wine list by the glass is very good. We opted for 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes and that was more than enough . The tomato salad was incredible . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €100+

Dinner at Faùla Ristorante was a true highlight of our stay. The presentation of the dishes alone was impressive – every plate was prepared with great attention to detail and looked like a small work of art. The flavors were just as impressive as the outstanding quality of the ingredients used. We particularly enjoyed the modern interpretation of regional products and the perfect pairing with the excellent wines of Piedmont. The service was attentive, professional, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive. In our opinion, the quality of the cuisine was at a level that would not have felt out of place in a Michelin-starred restaurant. An exceptional dining experience from start to finish, and one we would gladly repeat. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
