I work in pharmaceutical sales and order catering often. This morning, when I arrived at this Fazoli‘s to pick up my catering order, I found out it had been canceled due to a power outage from the storm last night. This was definitely no one’s fault as things like this happen, however, I was ready to just turn around and have to cancel my lunch appointment when Cheyenne assured me that they could get my catering order done within 10 minutes. Best believe her and the other girl, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, worked their butts off in the back and were able to get me my order within 10 minutes. Cheyenne was very friendly, very efficient, and very professional. Truly, one of the nicest people I have met. Whoever her boss is, give her a raise, she deserves it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I do not recommend Winchester, KY Fazoli's. This evening my adult son and I ordered takeout. The employee, Moira H (name on receipt) refused to allow us to use 2 coupons in separate orders which say "one coupon per customer/visit. We were 2 customers, so why not ? And we had 2 different forms of payment. She still said No. Also I would have ordered more food despite that except she was very condescending asking three times with an attitude if I wanted anything else, who can order with someone rushing you like that and there was no one behind us. Terrible experience. 3/30/25 ID AAA WNMU2AECP. It takes a lot for me to make a formal complaint. This was over the top unpleasant. Wish we'd gone anywhere else. What started as a fun evening, she ruined. Plus we ordered inside but to go if that has anything to do with it. Poor customer service Fazoli's. I don't even want to eat now. Seriously Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
