Was busy when we got there. Young lady at the counter was polite. Two people working the kitchen were absolutely killing it. Received our food in about 10 minutes. Food tasted great, was hot and had me ordering another alfredo to go. Awesome staff, Great food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fazoli's used to be one of our favorite fast food places in Arizona. They closed all the ones in Arizona several years ago and it really bummed us out. After moving back to Alabama I discovered this one in Montgomery which is about 50 minutes from me. I ate here once before and it was okay. I ordered the sampler platter this time and was underwhelmed. First off it had something that drives me crazy. When I went to pay it was asking how much tip I wanted to add. I don't think tipping should be expected at a place that just takes an order and hands you your food. When I received my food and sat down I looked at it and it was almost all spaghetti and noodles. For the spaghetti and meatballs there was one meatball and the sauce barely covered it. By the time I had eaten the top portion of all 3, I was just eating dry noodles or flavorless spaghetti. I miss how they used to serve it where there was plenty of sauce to actually dip your bread sticks into as well. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
