I went through the drive-thru a few days ago, I waited so long for my food, probably 15 minutes, she was rude at the window. I believe her name was Naomi, that's what the receipt said! The food was good but her customer service wasn't good at all Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Very friendly cashiers and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Not sure if they have a vegetarian menu. Im not vegetarian so I haven't never checked on it or asked about a vegetarian menu. But thats something to ask about when these questions are presented like on here for example. Dietary restrictions: Not sure another 1 to ask about Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Some parking spots are kinda far away from the restaurant kinda scary at night esp with no light poles out in the parking lot it's complete darkness in the parking lot..I think its something to address. And to let ppl be aware of this for their safety at night while dining in at Fazoli's. Kid-friendliness: This place loves kids and fur-baby kids too! Wheelchair accessibility: I honestly didnt see any it was dark out but im sure there was wheelchair ramps there.
