Mariah, we are so sorry you had an unpleasant experience as great guest service & satisfaction is always our priority at our locally owned Fazoli's. There has been a large influx of counterfeit large bills presenting in our Springfield community recently. We, and other businesses, have unfortunately fallen victim to this crime taking place on multiple occasions. Our staff have had bank guided education because of the current community issue. Law enforcement has instructed us to deny accepting any large denomination bills that do not fully match the guidelines or are possibly questionable. Our manager attempted to properly & politely handle the situation in accordance to guidelines. We do apologize the situation became frustrating on both sides. Please know discussion has taken place with the manager involved. We hope you enjoyed your delicious Fazoli's food and look forward to seeing you visit again soon.
