I ordered red rice, but my order was delivered with white rice instead. To make matters worse, the curry portions were so small that they weren't even enough for one person. When I called to complain, they didn't acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. Instead, I was told they must have given me extra rice, so the curry was only meant for one person. That explanation didn't make sense, especially since the wrong rice had been delivered in the first place. Everyone can make mistakes, but what matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, there was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue. Very disappointing customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 1–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1

Be cautious when selecting this shop via the PickMe delivery app. They do not appear to prioritize customer orders and instead send items at their own discretion. Today, I ordered a beef lump rice through the PickMe app and was charged accordingly. However, I received a chicken lump rice instead. This was quite disappointing and not acceptable. Been a customer of Feast for a while . One thing they cannot get right is the consistency and having the food ready on time . I have waited for over an hour to pick up food which was already placed 45 min prior. If you are hungry dont bother going as these guys will starve you to death.
