Worst service ever. We were eating and they started cleaning using harsh pungent chemical spray. We were with our old parents and most importantly our toddler child. The smell was so overwhelming that we had to cut it short. It was only 10:20 pm they started cleaning and the restaurant is supposed to be open till 11 pm. When we called them and raised the concern they started arguing and said that they start cleaning by 10:30pm but it was way before that. Most importantly, it's unhygienic and unhealthy for all of us and my baby to eat in that atmosphere with full of chemical mist. The fact that they argued showed that they don't have any concern about customer. I will never go to this place where they don't care about customers' health and feedback.

EXCELLENT CHILLI BEEF!! Wow, my friends have always told me how great Federick's is, but I already had other hakka places I used to go to. Unfortunately, those other places didn't last long as food quality and pest problems started to become a serious problem.So, in my search for a hakka place, I remembered Federick Restaurant. I personally love the Chilli beef and Chicken pakora. I usually get it to go and eat it at home. If you love Chilli beef, LOOK NO FURTHER!! These guys know how to make Chilli beef!! Most other places I've had give lots of onions and skimp out on the beef, but not Federick's!! Here, you get a generous serving of delicious fresh high quality beef in a rich sauce and garnished with onions and carrots. It's so delicious! If you don't like too much spice, you can ask them to make it mild or medium. Anyway, this place is clean, nice girls at the cash counter and great food. Give this place a try and see which dish you like!
