La comida francesa es realmente buena, mi primera vez que fui a un restaurante frances fue en ese restaurante y la verdad me gusto bastante la comida, excelente felicitaciones al cheff, y a los meseros por el buen trato que dan a los clientes

Pizza was soggy in the middle, pasta raging was oily and poor quality. We ordered 4 plates and they all came at once, despite our asking to space them slowly. Overall food was mediocre at best, service spacing was poor, and expensive. Happening spot. Sorry to report this. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Our recent visit to Felix Trattoria had its ups and downs, with moments that both impressed and disappointed. While there were bright spots, there were also areas that need significant improvement. When we arrived 18 minutes early, the two girls at the front seemed more interested in chatting with friends than acknowledging us. I felt ignored and had to wait until they finished their conversation before they finally addressed us. When I asked if we could order drinks while waiting, they pointed us to the bar with an annoyed tone. At the bar, I encountered another issue—despite my efforts, the bartenders ignored me for several minutes. When I finally got their attention, I was told I couldn’t order drinks directly and had to wait for our server. This lack of communication and coordination was frustrating and unprofessional, particularly on my wife’s birthday. First impressions are everything, and this one was disappointing. The front-of-house staff needs to be more attentive and better trained to ensure a positive start to the evening. Thankfully, the night improved thanks to Jacob, the busboy, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Vicky, our server, who was attentive and enthusiastic. Their excellent service turned our evening around. The food was a standout: • Focaccia: Perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. • Carciofi alla Giudea: Tasty and unique artichoke dish. • Polpette della Maestra Alessandra: Good meatballs, though the green sauce could have used more flavor. • Mezze Maniche alla Carbonara: Rich, creamy, and delicious, though a large portion. • Spaghettoni Acciughe e Mollica: The highlight of the night with impeccable texture and flavor. • Dessert: A thoughtful surprise from our server, perfectly capping off the meal. We also enjoyed a bottle of chilled red wine, which paired beautifully with the food. In summary, while the evening started poorly, it was saved by the efforts of key staff members and the quality of the food. However, the initial service issues can’t be ignored, resulting in a 3-star review. Felix Trattoria has potential for a five-star experience with more consistency and better front-line service.
