I am writing this because what happened with Danny was completely unacceptable. While I was simply on My way to Starbucks, Danny chose to harass Me, profile Me, and treat Me like I did not belong. Then, when I called out what I believe was discrimination, He banned Me instead of taking accountability. That is disgusting. This is not just some little misunderstanding. This is a serious issue. I was treated unfairly, singled out, disrespected, and pushed away from a place that matters to Me and to this community. This location is one of My only realistic options for groceries and basic needs, especially with it being across town. To be treated this way while trying to access everyday essentials is beyond unacceptable. I believe Danny’s behaviour was discriminatory, hateful, and completely unprofessional. It felt like profiling. It felt fake. It felt racist. And I will not pretend that is okay just because someone wants to dress it up as “policy” after the fact. You do not get to harass someone, profile them, ban them for speaking up, and then act like the problem is the person who called it out. That is not leadership. That is not customer service. That is not respect. That is hate hiding behind authority. I am demanding a sincere apology and a serious review of what happened. I also want this ban removed unless there is actual, fair, documented reason for it that is not based on personal bias, discrimination, or retaliation. Until this is addressed properly, I will be boycotting this location and encouraging others to understand exactly why. Racism, profiling, hate, and fake concern have no place in any business, especially not one people rely on for food, groceries, and basic dignity. Do better. Apologize. Make it right.

Ferraro Foods is just a great shopping experience. They know how to look after their community with great selections of everything. Produce is top notch. Butcher shop is top notch. Bakery top notch. Italian and imported food selection is top notch. Cheese...did I mention cheese...selection is wild. Its the spot to shop in the West koots.
