Young lady there was weird, no other person was there she acted really impatient, idk what's going on with her, very unfriendly. Food and drink isn't that good but kinda expected. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Disappointing Experience at the SNB Ferry Café I had a very frustrating experience at the SNB Ferry Café recently. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady in charge was extremely rude and unhelpful. When we asked for hot beverages, she outright refused to serve them and told us we could only purchase drinks from the fridge. As if that wasn’t bad enough, while we were waiting to board the ferry, she came over and rudely pushed us to close the door to the café so she could shut it down before the last ferry departure. The attitude and lack of courtesy were shocking and completely unacceptable. For a place serving ferry passengers, you’d expect better treatment. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve their service in the future. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

VERY POOR QUALITY FOOD/Beverage & high prices for such poor quality. Seems no update since the ‘70s. Save ur time & money. Do not purchase here.
