Hello, I went this morning with my mother to the bakery in Joué-lès-Tours at Feuillette and on the almond pastries there was a cockroach wandering around so my mother warned the staff but the pastries were not removed we had passed around 7:40 a.m. 8 o'clock to have a father with his young son you noticed this so question of hygiene it seems doubtful if the cakes had been removed I would perhaps not have put this had therefore returned the hygiene and the staff not very smiling yes the gloves of the servers disgusting they change them I think I won't come to this page anymore Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's Sunday afternoon and after a walk we decided to stop at Feuillette for a snack as usual. The parking lot is full and there is a queue. We can't see the consumers on site and the takeaway is a bit messy. waitress comes to take our order, but does not listen to our entire order so error on the cake 2 times arrived in the room there are crumbs on the table.... And when I take my spoon for my cake, they are poorly washed and that of my husband too and when we asked for clean ones they took a while to find 2 clean spoons that's up to you Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

As a leaflet customer for years, I find that the general quality of the products is declining. The bread is either too soft and springy or rock hard (probably from the day before). I just bought three of them they are inedible, so I have to go to another bakery to buy decent bread. Really, the drop in quality on your products is obvious and yet I was a fervent fan of leaflets.
