Eric, Fiasco’s owner and creative chef greeted me heartily as I ordered a mouth watering smoked turkey sandwich. I am visiting from food-crazed Charleston, SC , one of USA’s top culinary destinations. Was blown away by the terrific food and Eric’s personal warmth and embracing spirit. I liked him and his delicious food so much that I’m going to hire Fiasco to cater a private eventwhat a lucky day for me! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We saw Fiasco BBQ on YouTube and decided to come give it a try, and we were honestly more than amazed. The food, quality, and service were all incredible. Huge shoutout to the owner, Eric. You can tell how much care goes into everything, especially knowing this is a one person operation. That is a lot of work, and we really appreciate him bringing such delicious BBQ to Austin. My personal favorite was the Twinkie. The smoky flavor in the bacon was amazing, and the inside had the perfect texture with the cream cheese and brisket. I also loved the jalapeño cheddar sausage. You can really taste the cheese, and it was flavorful without being too salty. I know people are always hyped about places like Franklin, La Barbecue, and Interstellar BBQ, but small businesses like this absolutely deserve a shoutout too. There was no crazy wait, the food was super legit, and the whole experience felt so genuine. Will be back soon! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m from Seattle and wanted some world famous Texas BBQ. Fiasco didn’t disappoint! In fact, the brisket was better than La Barbeque (and I didn’t have to stand in line). Try it now while there is no line! Also, loved the potato salad and definitely do not sleep on the turkey. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Brisket, Sliced Turkey Breast
