Went today about 2:22 PM put in an order online showed up and they were closed. If you checked on the app it show the other location being closed, but not this one all they had was posted note on the window saying they would be open at 5:30 try contacting someone by phone and no one answered try contacting the corporate office and couldn’t get a hold of anybody so I called another store in Utah and they couldn’t even give me the corporate office number they said I have to look it up on Google and I told him I wasn’t calling to complain about that and they gave me a number which led to answering

My husband and I USED to come to the Boise, Idaho location everyday. There USED to be people in the management that actually cared how customers were treated and how the drinks were being made and if being made correctly. But since those people no longer work there, the service and the drinks have gone down hill. It’s super disappointing to order your favorite drinks and take a big swig of it only to find out it’s not what you ordered and not what you were anticipating. And when you tell the staff that it’s not what you ordered or something is missing from your favorite drink, attitude and eye rolling is not necessary and plus it’s just plain rude. I do not recommend FiiZ. It’s now ran by a bunch of high schoolers who don’t really give a crap about the service of how they’re treating people or if they’re making drinks correctly and it’s not worth my expeditions of driving from canyon county over to there just to be disappointed. I will never set foot in any of your locations again, even one of the new ones being built. I can’t trust that my stuff will be correct so I will just either make it myself at home (a lot less spent that way anyways, in gas, time and money) or I’ll just do without. My patience with giving chance over chance over chance is now non-existent.
