Amazing pastries from an excellent baker! By now, I have tried almost everything from the bread to the Swedish chocolate biscuits and I have yet to find a single thing I didn’t love! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

I attended a Sourdough and Cinnamon bun workshop with Fika and had a fantastic time!The session was packed with new techniques and recipes. We were taught the process of making sourdough through the many stages, and learned what to look out for, how small factors might affect our baking, and about the best flour to use (we got to take a bag home). In parallel while we were waiting for fermentation or proving, we made the cinnamon buns, which were unbelievably delicious! I took so many home, I was everyone’s best friend at lunch we made yummy pizzas. It was amazing to learn from Annika and to get her support with our baking after the session too. I’d definitely recommend this course! Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fika Exeter Bakery has the most delicious and authentic Swedish Fika treats. As a Swedish person living in the UK I’ve found it difficult to find authentic buns that delivery straight to your door, but Annika has made my dream finally come true. Friendly, reliable, fast delivery and utterly delicious!
