Delicious pizza, with excellent dough and a high crust. Excellent quality ingredients and, above all, the mozzarella is the real one and not the one that, when it cools, looks like plastic, as I have found in other places. There were two of us having dinner in Savona, and the Fior di Grano pizzeria had been recommended to us. We decided to try it for a new experience. The waitress was professional, welcoming, friendly and empathetic. However, the place was half empty and we had to wait a long time for the bitters at the end of the pizza, an unjustifiable wait in my opinion. Even though the waitress apologised, demonstrating a good attitude, she had to ask again what the order was because, due to the high amount of people in the restaurant (from what she told us), she no longer remembered what we had ordered. The red vegetarian pizza was not to my taste due to the excessive amount of raw vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes, and the few cooked aubergines and peppers, which were good but scarce. The green beans were also good, but too much for me. I liked the dough, but not the mozzarella (fior di latte, to be precise). The Moretti red beer is good. I will never return to this pizzeria again. A round of applause, however, for the ladies who work in the restaurant for their commitment and courtesy. As for the bitters, I was told that when you arrived at the restaurant there were few people but then, just before 10pm, the closing time of our kitchen, a few tables arrived and our girls rushed over. to take their orders.
