I called Fire Chick about 20 minutes before closing to place an order, and the woman who answered was incredibly friendly. My TV was loud in the background, so I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times, and she stayed patient the entire time. She walked me through all the different flavor options, and I decided on the Mango Habanero. Excellent choice—those wings were fried to perfection. Crispy, flavorful, and not overcooked at all. I ordered the combo, which comes with fries and a soda. She asked if I wanted my fries seasoned, and I’m glad I said yes—they came out golden, crispy, and delicious. When I arrived for pickup, I found out that the person I spoke with was actually the owner. She was just as kind and patient in person, which is something you don’t always see—especially so close to closing time. Great experience all around. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
