Hi Samantha, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience at Firehouse Subs. Finding hair in your food is unacceptable, and I understand how concerning this situation must have been for you and your family. I appreciate you bringing this to the manager's attention, as cleanliness and customer satisfaction are very important to us. Your feedback will be taken seriously, and we will look into this matter with our team to ensure that proper hygiene practices are being followed. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. - Jessica/Guest Services
