Firefly Smoothies is my go-to spot after the gym! I always add protein to my smoothie, and it’s the perfect post-workout option. They also have pre-workout shots for those days when you’re really dragging and need an extra boost. It’s conveniently located right next to the gym, which makes stopping in easy. It’s a cute little shop, the smoothies are delicious and refreshing, and the service is always excellent. P.S. Fair warning: don’t bring your kids unless you’re prepared to come back often , they’ll be hooked after one visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Smothies Galore for all Personalities! From the trademarked flavorful Firefly Smoothie all the way to Frog Spit Smoothie, they can combine protein into the Delightful concoctions! I enjoyed the Dragonfruit and Strawberry combo and was quite pleased with my selection! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Smoothies and Tea combos. No food.

Such a cute spot! I had the ZZ! Delicious and I love the names being after the owners grandchildren. That’s so sweet Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
