1st and last time ever going to Firehouse Subs!!!! First she said my name wrong and I inquired i was told Carl, name on the tag was Kari so it should not have been mispronounced. Then I asked for NO mayo and asked them to mark which one had none as both sandwiches were the exact same and since they weren't marked i just didn't eat one and wasn't going back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

First time I’ve ever felt unwelcome in a Firehouse Subs. Walked in and towards the order counter when a man behind the counter yelled to us, “Did you just walk in?” We responded yes and he said, “well it’s going to be 45 minutes because I’ve got 45 box sandwiches to make.” His irritation at our arrival was clear. Very disappointed because we don’t have a Firehouse Subs near us and will stop whenever we see one because we love your sandwiches. Meal type: Other Service: 1

Came in from across the road staying at a hotel. Have not had a Firehouse sub before. I ordered the middle size chicken bacon ranch to share with the hubby. It was very good. I asked the help behind the counter if the chili was any good and they said “extremely “ good, so I also ordered a cup of chili for the hubby. He gave it his approval and said it was a bit better than Wendy’s chili (of which he loves). I asked if there were any paper to go menus. At first they said no, but tried looking a couple other laces and found some. Win!! I do have to say that my shoes were sticking to the floor. Other wise everything else looked very clean. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Turkey Bacon Ranch, Brownie
