I really enjoy their food. The staff is friendly and prompt. The freshness of our food has been top notch on every visit and the bread for sandwiches is top notch. Love their cookies and the drink option machine I love. Wish every place had it. Also really like dining in there as it feels comfortable and very clean Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've loved their subs I've always gotten the roast beef without cheese it's very delicious tonight when I ordered it for takeout and I got it home it was loaded with cheese I was so disappointed this is the first time I've ever been disappointed with Firehouse subs they need to be more careful making the sandwich they need to get the orders correct I'm sorry to say I was so sad for the sandwich I received tonight if I didn't look at it and I ate it without taking that cheese off I could have been very very sick please fire house be more attentive to what you're doing I'd hate to not come back there and I don't want you to lose a customer who really enjoys your roast beef sandwich.
